2018 Fangcaodi International School Spring Fair

All ages. This year, Fangcaodi International School’s spring fair has the theme, “Where there is health, there is hope,” aimed at promoting awareness of health and sanitation. There will be nearly 60 countries promoting their products and services across 120 stalls that showcase gourmet food, dress, arts and crafts and many more, for everyone to experience.

The World of Colors at BCIS

All ages. The theme for Beijing City International School’s Spring in the City fair, “The World of Colors,” was decided upon by Grade 2 students and teachers. The activities include live music from their Early Childhood Center, elementary, and secondary school students, arts and design technology exhibition from students across Grades 2 to 10, a raffle draw, sale from numerous booths and food vendors. BCIS members (parents/faculty/students) must show their ID card on the day, while non-BCIS members need to bring and show a form of ID (ID card/passport/driving license) along with their e-invitation to gain access to the campus on the day.

All ages. Obido Book Fair will be at The British School of Beijing (BSB) Shunyi. Please drop by to select books in English, Chinese, and bilingual English-Chinese for all ages.

YCIS Beijing Global Community Day 2018

All ages. Yew Chung International School of Beijing (YCIS Beijing) invites everyone to their 10th annual Global Community Day on May 12. The event features delicious food, performances, games, creative activities, art demonstrations and much more, with all proceeds donated to charity. This year marks Yew Chung Education Foundation’s 85th anniversary. This event marks an occasion to celebrate the school’s history and diverse community.

3e Charity Community Day

All ages. 3e International School and Roundabout welcome everyone to the annual 3e Charity Community Day. Come to find bargain treasures and entertain the family with games and activities! Families are invited to sell well-maintained secondhand goods: toys, books, and other household items. Families and vendors can book a table for RMB 100 (table fee will be donated to Roundabout). Browse the hundreds of books on sale at the Roundabout Book Fair section. Families can also bring along unwanted items to donate directly to Roundabout.

Dulwich College Beijing Founder’s Day

All ages. Dulwich College Beijing (DCB) Founder’s Day 2018 returns this year on May 12. Founder’s Day is a celebration of the school as a community and everything they value. It is DCB’s biggest community event of the year. The highlights of the day include family-friendly activities run by teachers and students, international food stalls run by DCB parents, and live music entertainment on the main stage with hundreds of students involved.

Jazz in the Park & Identity Film Festival at WAB

All ages. Make your way to WAB (Western Academy of Beijing) for a jazz music festival featuring student, staff, and professional bands! There will be plenty of activities on the go to enjoy while tapping your toe. Bring along your picnic blanket and settle in under the stars, as the silver screen lights up with films made by Beijing’s best international school student directors, producers, and actors.

Rock in the Park & WAB Fun Fair

All ages. Join the Western Academy of Beijing community at the biggest outdoor event of the school year! Fun Fair features games, water attractions, and activities for the little ones, while Rock in the Park is an all-day music festival for everyone. Rock out on the WAB campus while enjoying food and drinks from your favorite Beijing vendors, as well as booths from dozens of local businesses and organizations.

BIBA Family Fair

All ages. Come and join in all the fun at Beijing International Bilingual Academy 2018 Family Fair, open to the public! Enjoy games, shopping, food, student performances, on a huge day of fun for the whole family. Tickets are required for the games. Tickets are only valid on the day of the event and are not refundable. Game tickets purchased will be donated to the BIBA PTA Dream Makers charity fund to help more sick children they support.

ISB Spring Fair 2018

All ages. The annual International School of Beijing (ISB) Spring Fair is a community event and expat fair full of games, raffles, shopping, and food pulled together by Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) volunteers. More than 5,000 visitors attend the event and over 200 sponsors and vendors participate. Everyone in the community is welcome to attend, and there are no entrance fees or requirements to be an ISB family. Money raised from this event is used to finance student enrichment and charity activities. Spring Fair offers child-friendly carnival games, shopping with unique and artisan vendors, grand prize raffle draws, delicious food from a wide variety of Beijing and international cuisines, and live entertainment.

Unity Day at Daystar Academy

All ages. Ivy Education Group’s Unity Day this year promises to be its most celebrated one yet! The highlights include a marquee performance by Yale University’s all gender a cappella group, the Redhot & Blue, Beijing’s award-winning soul/funk/R & B band Tavey Lean & the Solid Gold Dream Machine, bouncy castles, activity booths, delicious food, and much more! Visit this page to see more info.

Annual Keystone Carnival

All ages. Keystone Academy Beijing invites everyone to participate in their upcoming yearly Carnival. The Carnival will offer a variety of activities and games for children ages 3-18, and a vibrant marketplace offering a selection of stores, food stalls and promo booths. They aim to bring the Keystone students and families along with the extended Shunyi and Beijing communities together, for a fun filled day in the sun. The festivities will conclude with a lucky draw and outdoor concert in the center of the Marketplace starting early in the evening!

BSB Shunyi Summer Fayre

All ages. Come along for some summer fun at The British School of Beijing (BSB) Shunyi’s Summer Fayre, one of the biggest events each year at BSB. Families can enjoy lunch, snack and drinks from many food vendors, fun with games, water park, bouncy castles and enjoy visiting a variety of stalls indoors and outdoors. The Grand Charity Raffle will have many prizes to be won too. This fair is open to the whole Beijing community.
